Position Summary
The Consultant Manager will supervise teams of consultant seniors and staff to identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues. As a Consultant Manager, you are responsible for developing work plans, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions, and managing other case team members.
You will work on a variety of client issues, such as developing growth strategies for organizations, Feasibility studies, Business valuation, assessing the attractiveness of potential targets, understanding new markets, and reducing operating costs.
Responsibilities include:
- Team management, focus on managing engagement tasks and resources across engagements
- Set and monitor budgets; schedule services, select staff and assign workloads
- Perform quality review of work executed
- Identify process issues and develop solutions
- Serve as a counsellor professionals; provide feedback
- Coordinate closely with field engagement teams and as applicable with client personnel
- Meet professional expectations, deepen industry proficiency to deliver exceptional consultant quality service
- Communicate major issues to the engagement partner
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field.
- Ten or more years of experience in financial consulting preferably in corporate finance Department with experience in areas such as financial modelling.
- International qualification is required: CFA/CBV/FMC.
- Excellent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
