Position summary
An executive secretary is responsible for organizing all activities of a top executive. They are responsible for ensuring that the executive is able to make all meetings and events. - Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings and/or conferences.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar role
- Excellent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
