Executive Secretary

Position summary

An executive secretary is responsible for organizing all activities of a top executive. They are responsible for ensuring that the executive is able to make all meetings and events. This po­si­tion of­fers ben­e­fits, com­pet­i­tive com­pen­sa­tion, op­por­tu­ni­ties for growth, a great en­vi­ron­ment, and man­age­ment sup­port. Re­spon­si­bil­i­ties in­clude:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings and/or conferences.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar role
  • Excellent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
